Ghori Town Phase- 7 and Ali Akber Enclave have residential plots of 5, 7, 10 and 15 marla and 1 and 2 kanal available while the commercial plots are offered in the sizes of 5 and 10 marla. The price of 5 marla residential plot varies from 18 to 25 lac and the prices of commercial plots are even higher. The per marla price of residential plots ranges from 3.5 to 5 lac.

Ghori Town Phase- 7 and Ali Akber Enclave have the biggest issue with gas supply. CDA has suspended the gas supply for the last two years and it has not been re-established yet. Another problem is that public transport is not readily available. People living here or working here have to face difficulty commuting to and from here.

The development work is still in progress in Ali Akber Enclave and it is going to take another year or so for its completion. Due to this, the property rates are comparatively lower here than the previous phases. Even then it is not feasible for everyone to buy a residential or commercial plot in Ali Akber Enclave. The Phase 4, 5 and 6 around it have very expensive property in them as they have been fully developed with all the residential and commercial facilities in them and are occupied by the people. So, as compared to these phases the rates in the Phase 7 and 8 are still reasonable. Despite legal issues, people are setting up their businesses here and work here and many investors have invested in these phases as well; with thousands of families residing in all the phases too. More residential and commercial projects are under construction at the moment.
