In continuation of these projects, they have launched a new project named Chughtai Arcade III. It is situated at the merging of Islamabad and Bahria Town, Phase IV. IRE & Builders (Pvt) Ltd. had already started booking of apartments and shops in Chughtai Arcade III before the project was even completed. However, they have finalized the booking and possession after it completed a few months ago. Chughtai Arcade III is located in the commercial block A of PWD Housing Scheme. The location of this project is really good and it is equipped with all the facilities for commercial and residential functions. Chughtai Arcade III comprises of a total of four floors, including a ground floor and then three floors on top of it. IRE & Builders (Pvt) Ltd. offer shops and apartments in Chughtai Arcade III on rent and they are also available for sale. The payment plan for them is as follows,

The prices for ground floor shops start from 37 lacs. There is a 12 month installment plan also available for these shops. After paying 10% during first month and 20% during the second month, the rest 70% is to be paid in installments during the next one year.

The prices for 1st floor 2 bedroom apartments start from 19 lacs. For these apartments, an 18 months installment plan is available. It includes payment of 10% in first month and 20% in second month. The rest 70% is to be paid during a period of 1.5 years after that.

The prices for 2nd floor apartments start from 17 lacs and they also have an 18 months installment plan for their payment. It comprises of first installment of 10% during the first month and a 20% installment in the second month. The remaining 70% has to be paid in the next 1.5 year later.

The construction work on Chughtai arcade III has completed and this project is ready for business now. There are no legal or any other issues related to this project. During their survey of this project, the Right Property team did not find any noticeable issues regarding Chughtai Arcade III. PWD Housing Scheme faces shortage of water sometimes, but for that water tankers are used.
