Crown Business Centre has many positive characteristics but there are a few issues as well that the clients ought to know. Sector E 11 has issues with its roads as most of the streets and roads are not paved properly. The roads and streets are also not wide enough like the rest of the areas in Islamabad. The measurements of roads told to general public is more than what it actually is; like, a 50 ft road is actually just 30 ft to 40 ft wide, which is quite a difference in reality. Other than this, street lights are not installed throughout the roads. Moreover, sewage system also does not seem much efficient, as many roads have stagnant water from sewage pipes. The cleaning services in this area are also not very good. Public places like parks, markets and parking areas have litter around them. There is also some legal issue faced by the builders from CDA.
