Construction is still in progress in Ghori Town and will continue for another year, due to which the property rates here are less as compared to the surrounding areas. Buying a plot in Ghori Town is not affordable for anyone and rates in the phases surrounding Ghori Town, including phases 4, 5 and 6 and all of their blocks are very high. This is because these phases were completed earlier and all sorts of facilities are available here. The property rates in Ghori Town phases 7 and 8 are quite better than the other phases. Despite Ghori Town’s issues, people prefer to do business here. Many others are investing here, many families prefer to live here, and still more are building houses and starting commercial centers here. There is no such issue in Dubai Plaza that is worth mentioning here. However, Ghori Town Management has been facing legal issues from CDA, because Ali Akbar and Company constructed Ghori Town phases 5,6,7 and 8 without CDA’s approval.
