Similarly, if you are interested in buying an apartment that has 3 bedrooms with an area of 1400 square feet and falls into the premium category, costs Rs. 70 Lakh. Taking another example of the premium plus category with 3 bedrooms and 1414 square feet area, this would cost you around Rs. 70.7 Lakh. The payment plan for all these apartments has been made very easy. A certain percentage is to be paid beforehand depending on whether the customer wants the premium, premium plus or the executive apartment and the rest of the payment is left for the quarterly installments.
