Terms and conditions for owning an apartment

Documentation of gas, water and electricity are considered as extra charges and they will be paid after booking of the apartment/apartments on demand. Such extra charges will be paid during the duration of one eighty days after booking of the apartment/apartments.
The deadline of every month installment is the tenth date of every month. Payments must be made in the form of draft, cheque or pay order. Apartment/ apartments will be allocated after the clearance of all the payments.

There are extra charges for corner apartments. You can get discount of ten percent in case you pay full amount at booking.

Executive 1 apartments are three room apartments. The booking of these apartment requires seventy to ninety thousand rupees depending upon the floor you choose. Thirty six months will cover all payments and provide allocation of the unit.
