The customers can enjoy a discount of 10%, if cash payment is made at the time of booking. The apartments are also available on monthly instalments which are to be made during the first quarter of every month. There is also a handsome discount for the customers paying all their dues and instalments on time. The payment mode can be selected as per the convenience of the client. Payments in the form of cash are not accepted. The payments can be made through bank drafts, cheque or pay orders.

The car parking space in the basement is allotted at the time of booking for the payment of 200,000 rupees. The apartments on the corners also have an extra charge of 100,000 rupees. An extra charge of Rs. 100,000 is applicable for the apartments that face the front road. Same amount of Rs. 100,000 is charged for the apartments that have their open on the west side. All these extra charges are supposed to be paid within 180 days of the booking.

The electricity, Sui gas, sewage and water supply connections are established after the apartments are handed over to the residents. The charges for these amenities are not included in the total price of the apartments. The connections of these facilities are to be established by the owner himself.
