Documentation of basic facilities like gas, water and electricity are extra charges, the amount of these charges are not included in the payment plan rather they will be paid after booking of the apartment/apartments on demand. Monthly payments must be made till tenth of every month. Cash payments are not allowed rather payments must be made in the form of draft, cheque or pay order. In case of full payment at the time of booking, ten percent discount will be given.
