First section include Name, Father’s Name / Husband’s Name, NIC No / Passport No (copy), Present Mailing Address, Office / Residence Telephone No, Cell No, Email, Shop / Office No and Floor No. Second section include Nominee details i.e. Name, Father’s Name / Husband’s Name, NIC No / Passport No (copy) and Contact info. Another section includes payment and installment details. And, at the end there is a section of Terms and Conditions which the buyers have to accept and follow if they are interested to buy the property.
