First of all the streets and roads of sector E11 are unpaved, they are very narrow. There is a great difference between what is told and what actual situations are e.g. roads are being mentioned as 50 ft., rather they are 40 or 30 ft. wide. Streets lights are not installed everywhere. There is no proper system of cleanliness. There is no special arrangement of parks, markets or transport. The building also has to face some legal issues.
