The development work is under progress in Ghori Town, Phase 8. It is going to take almost another year to complete them. The property rates in this phase are reasonable. The prices are still affordable for everyone although all the neighboring phases have very high rates of property as they are all developed and equipped with all the facilities. So, Ghori Town, Phase 7 and 8 have lower property rates than other phases. Despite legal issues with CDA, people have settled in Ghori Town for residential and business purposes. Many commercial and residential projects are under development in it too.

Ghori Town, Phase 8 has some issues with gas supply. Other than that, all phases of Ghori Town have legal issue with CDA, including Phase 8. The reason is that Ali Akber and Company did not get the approval from CDA for development. That is why the gas lines are still not available there. Some of the streets have their carpeting under way until now, the rest are all ready.
