1. Make a Pay Order/ Demand Draft in the name of Vesta.
2. Fill the Booking Form and attach Pay Order/ Demand Draft.
3. Submit the Booking Form along with Pay Order/ Demand Draft.
4. Two ID card pictures are required.
5. Payment on cash facility is available on site office.

1. The less or excess area of the plot shall be adjusted as per booking price. This applies to the both parties, Seller and Buyer.
2. That the Seller shall make provision for public amenity plots like Mosque, School, Hospital, Open spaces and Graveyard as per scheme plan approved by the concerned authority. The Seller at its discretion shall dispose off the plots for School and Hospital because School and Hospital plots fall into Commercial category. The Seller can modify the layout plan of Scheme for the betterment.
3. That the Buyer can sell the Plot during the installments period but the next Buyer will have to pay the balance in full or decided by the management. The Buyer shall not change the use Plot/House from residential to commercial or vice versa.
4. If Buyer fails to pay two successive installments as per Annexure-A the Plot/House registration will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the Plot/House registration by management, the submitted payment will be refunded with 15% deduction of Plot/House total price without any profit, interest or markup, however the documentation fee already paid is non-refundable.
5. Vesta will pay off the amount in case of refund/cancellation through three year post-dated cheque after deduction of above mentioned percentage accordance with para# 4.
6. Vesta reserve the right to allot/sell a plot/House registration cancelled from the name of the allottee due to non-payments of dues, or any reason whatsoever, to any other applicant or person and the ex-allottee shall have no right to such a Plot/House. Vesta decision in this regard shall be final. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with para# 11 below.
7. No applicant shall be entitled to claim or receive any interest/markup against the amount paid by him/her to Vesta.
8. A Plot/House registration allotted to an applicant shall not be used by the allottee for any purpose other than that applied or meant for.
9. No construction or modification to any construction can be done without the prior approval of Vesta.
10. The postal address given by the Buyer in this agreement shall be deemed to correct for any correspondence in case of change in provided address, the busyer will be responsible to provided the updated postal address for correspondence.
11. In case of any dispute between the allottee and Vesta, the dispute will be referred to arbitration by an authorized officer of Vesta, Whose decision shall be final and binding on the both parties.
12. Vesta reserve the rights to change the location of any Plot/House due to change required by approving Authority/Firm.
