The journey started as Real Estate in 1981, which later became Ali Associates Developers and Builders as of today. Firm started with a meager business capital of PKR 30,000. Today this figure is exceeding PKR 30Million. But the fiscal gains are not the only parameters to gauge successes of this futuristic organization, having so many other peculiar achievements.

The first project was Ali Town, which was also first private sector town housing project in Multan. It ushered housing schemes into a new era. After completing few projects of small sizes, Ali Associates ventured into larger housing projects in different areas. These are a display of adroit work by the firm.

Going back into our history, this cohort of projects is unique because of its small size. We take pride in these projects, because these humble beginnings gave us strength & confidence to take on even bigger challenges. Also they were the first town-housing projects in the region, giving birth to a new idea.
