There residential plots have been categorized in three blocks A, B and C with separate parks of 13, 10 and 6 ½ kanal for each block, respectively. Fully developed sewerage system is the main advantage of this society as apart from the disposal the direct line with WASA has also been maintained. The supply of the sweet drinking water is assured by the developer by maintaining an overhead water tank. The launch price in 2015 was Rs 325,000 with corner plots costing 10 % extra while the current per marla rate ranges from Rs 425,000 to Rs 600,000. Moreover, the residential plots on the front side of the Green Valley alongside the commercial market are as high as Rs 700,000. The rate of the park facing and the corner residential plots ranges Rs 5 – 5 ½ lac per marla; the regular plots would be available @ Rs 450,000 to 475,000. The commercial area would also be available on the front side of the Green Valley.
The 4 marla double storey model house is worth Rs 60,00,000 with 30 lac advance on immediate residence and the remaining is payable within 1 year time.
The installment plan of the 7/8 marla residential plots @ Rs 600,000 per marla is as follows: Rs 16,20,000 as Advance, and the remaining payable in 12 installments (Rs 2,15,000 per month) OR 1/3 as advance with 3 equal installments of 4 months each.
