The idea of Toru Enterprises was born on a balmy evening in Mardan in 2008. Over a course of a conversation about the richness of the city’s history and its then recent infrastructure development boom in road network expansion, our founding members saw a great need for a top class, well-planned, structured residential scheme. They saw Mardan on the cusp of becoming the provincial torchbearer: A clear city of choice in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. For crucial reasons like stable law and order situation, expanding business community, and a burgeoning educated class, the absence of a quality residential experience was glaring.

This realization resulted in the genesis of Gulberg Model Town, Mardan.

Interactions with our investors (i.e. purchasers of plots), the swiftness of sale and the resulting success of the project taught us a very useful lesson. That it may be important to be at the right place at the right time, but for enduring success it is more important to guarantee quality. The marketing theatrics would pique the masses interest, but at heart the client always wonders if the product he or she bought was good quality.
