GULSHAN E MADINA Phase I near Suzuki Showroom Sargodha Road Faisalabad. Gulshan e Madina is on 2 Murrabba land with around 500 number of plots. Gulshan e Madina was initially developed in 2004-05 by Al Fateh Developers run by Mehr Khurshid and Mehr Afzal who have at their credit the development and launch of projects like Motorway City, Riaz ul Jannah and Gulshan e Madina Phase II at Sargodha Road Faisalabad. The Gulshan e madina Welfare Society is being run by Mr Kamran of MoveOn Pakistan. On one side of Gulshan e Madina is Umair Town in front of Dawood textiles while on the other side is Madina University, University Town and Muslim Town III while on the back is the Punj Pullian Rajbah.

There is availability of Sui Gas in all blocks of Gulshan e Madina except Ameer Hamza Block. The underground water is a bit heavy and is not suitable for drinking. The electricity is underground with pools are available for telephone and street lights only. A big sized transformer is installed in every square of Gulshan e Madina to ensure consistent balanced supply of electricity. One DP (Distribution Panel) has been reserved for every 2 houses in order to install 3 phase meters.
There are total 3 parks in Gulshan e Madina with 2 are of Cone shaped and 1 square shaped. There are 10 feet wide green belts in front of every house while 20 feet wide green belts in between 100 feet main road. One main Jamia Mosque on almost 2 kanal is there with a net capacity of around 500 persons. There is another space for Masjid in Ali Block.
There are 2 main educational institutions within Gulshan e Madina i.e., ACE College and EM College while a few tution and coaching centers are also available for the students.
