There is no such issue in Gulzar Plaza which is important to quote here. But Administration of Ghori Town is facing some legal issues in all new phases of Ghori Town by CDA. These issues are due to the fact that Ali Akber and company did not took approval NOC from CDA before construction.

Development work in Gulzar Plaza is still continued here and will take one to two months to complete. This is the reason that property rates are reasonable here. Property prices in Ghori Town are affordable to everyone now, however property rates in nearby developed places are very high and are not affordable to everyone. Property rates in Ghori Town phase 7 and 8 are very reasonable. This project is running very successfully despite of some legal issues. Investors are using it for business purpose and many families are living here. They are taking good care of their customers.

If you are looking for some reasonable price project to earn a good return on investment or business, this project is a good opportunity. It is holding all sort of facilities and is near to all known points of Islamabad. However there are some issues from CDA, but let’s hope that they will be resolved soon.
