The Sui Gas availability is a major edge for the families willing to buy residence in HASSAN VILLA as the adjoining societies are lacking this facility in major. Moreover, HASSAN VILLAS is very near to the main canal road.

The Boundary wall of the HASSAN VILLAS is yet to be completed and also creates concern regarding security of the residents.  Although most of the main roads are in good condition but inner roads require immediate repair. The Hassan Villas Residential Welfare Society has a few concerns regarding the transparency in the development work and the issues to be resolved are under process in collaboration with the Developer and the government institutions.  The local residents were of the view that the overall of the situation of living, facilities provided and other development works is satisfactory. The local residents and the welfare society is co-operative and working for the well-being of the society. The environment of the society is serene and due to less number of plots and residents the noise level is also very less. People use to inter-mingle quite frequently. There are a very few families living on rent basis in HASSAN VILLAS. The street lights mostly used are energy savors and LEDs are in good condition. There was an issue with underground electricity wires which has recently been corrected.
