Heaven Villas was started in 2012 on 1 ½ murrabba of land by Mehr Developers. Initially 310 plots of 5, 7, 10 marla and 1 kanal were categorized. Recently 15 plots of 3 ½ marla have been added as well. The commercial market has been constructed around the main park and consists of shops.

Heaven Villas is located on the famous Jawad Club road just linked to the main Narwala Road with immediate access to the main city area and other markets of Faisalabad. The Jawad Club road is further linked with the Talianwala Road which provides a decent link to the Faisalabad Airport on Jhang Road.

The main road is 50 feet wide while the other roads are of 35 & 40 feet. At present there are about 100 constructed houses with active residents while the number of plots are 200 – 225. There is a main public park on 14 kanal. Sui gas is available. The underground water is not of good quality. Sewerage system is linked with the WASA line. 2 kanal mosque with 500 persons capacity is under construction.

Heaven Villas is preferred by the local residents due to better security alongwith the boundary wall, the rental price is competitive and the rush and noise is not present that leads to comfortable and quality living.
