You can book two and three bed apartment at Hoshang Pearl by paying down payment of four lac fifty thousand rupees (two bed) and six lac rupees (three bed) respectively. While the down payment for four bed penthouse is nineteen lac fifty thousand rupees. There is a three year installment plan designed for all type of apartments.

The rate for two bed apartment is Rs. Twenty Nine Thousand per square feet. The rate for three bed apartment is rupees thirty two thousand per square feet. The rate for four bed penthouse is thirty five thousand per square feet. Two bed apartments are found on floor number twelve to twenty five.
