The biggest issue in Soan Garden, where Ittefaq Plaza is located, is of water supply. This issue is faced by almost all the big housing societies in Islamabad. The reason for this is that CDA hands over the supply to private firms. These firms together with tanker mafia supply water through tankers instead of regular supply to make money.
