The development work is still in progress in Ghori Town, Phase 5. It is going to take at least another year. That is why the property rates in this area are quite good. The plots in Ghori Town are in affordable range in phase 7 and 8 as compared to the rest of the phases of Ghori Town as they are already developed and have all sorts of facilities. Despite the legal issues of Ghori Town, people are running businesses here and investing too.
