Kareem Garden Phase II was launched in 2007 on 1 ½ Murabba (Almost 37 Acres) of land, while the most recently launched Kareem Villas also consists of same area; Kareem Garden Phase II has in total 200 plots out of which 32 residences are there, It has 60 feet front road and has got facilities of both Gas & Electricity while in Kareem Villas out of 200 plots 15 residences are there while the Gas facility is yet to be made available; As far as the other Phases of Kareem Garden are concerned i.e., Wali Block and Phase I both have gas and Electricity facilities, Wali Block has 65 feet main roads and internal roads are of 40 & 50 feet The residences have been started here (15 Houses out of 125 plots ) while Kareem Garden Phase I has 70 feet wide main road and is devoid of any mentionable number of residences (not more than 10).

Kareem Garden Phase II has got Public Park, Commercial Shops consisting of a Shopping Mart and General Store, Jamia Masjid (3-Storey with capacity of around 500 persons). As far as Kareem Garden Phase II is concerned, Faisalabad City Deputy Mayor Mr Sh Yousaf, who himself is Kareem Garden Project Town Developer, is living here alongwith his number of relatives and are going to expand the residential houses in the near future, Kareem Garden Phase II sewerage system has been developed 2 years back with an expenditure of 5 million Rs. The Developer of Kareem Garden Wali Block and Kareem Valley is Mr Sh Hafeez who is also a relative of Mr Sh Yousaf.
Apart from the above info, a few critical points are that most of the roads are to be built again and the graveyard space is yet to be located; As is with all the Phases, Kareem Garden Phase II has also got the Boundary wall and local residences have also deputed the security guards on individual basis; the underground water is available but the drinking water is made available from the Main Satiana Road. Kareem Garden Phase II and Kareem Valley, both, are being run by the local societies which are charging Rs 1000 per month per residence for providing the street lights and the security guard; Kareem Garden Phase III Electricity Poles have been installed and would be started in near future. Kareem Garden (all Phases and Blocks) are wholly approved by FDA and TMA rules & regulations.
