Moreover, the areas around Ghori Garden that include Phase 4, 5, and 6 of Ghori Town have very high property rates because these phases have been developed earlier and they have all the facilities already present in them. Kashmir Arcade is a remarkable residential/ commercial project which has no legal or any other kind of issue that is worth mentioning. But the administration of Ghori Town is facing legal issues from CDA. This issue involves all the phases of Ghori Town and Ghori Garden. The administration of Ghori Town has to face these issues from CDA because they have developed these phases without proper approval from the authorities. Other than this, the condition of roads and streets is not very good and the sewage system is not quite up to the mark either.
