Scheme of F-15 is consisted on 4474.48 Kanals. Its Layout Plan was approved by the CDA vide there letter No. CDA/PLW-up-(90)JKCHS/93/1284 dated 25-04-2002 and letter No. CDA/PLW-HS(90)J&CHS/Ph.II/2010/252 dated 9.3.2012 NOC has been issued by CDA. Development wok of Scheme was started since the issuance of NOC and 98% development work has been completed.

More than 3000 possessions have been given and 1500 houses have also been constructed in the Scheme and about 1000 families have shifted to their residences. Electricity, Water Supply, Sui Gas, Telephone, Garbage collection and foolproof Security and other facilities are available. Markazi Jamia Masjid is under construction and Model College will be started by the Federal Directorate of Education for which a plot has been handed over to the FDE. Landscaping and tree plantation in green belts and parks are completed. The Sewerage Treatment Plant is under construction.

Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad was established in 1980 and registered in 1981 with Islamabad Cooperative Department under the Cooperative Act 1925.

The new management of Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society have taken over its responsibilities in the 1st week of June, 2008 after the elections held on 11th May 2008 and cleared by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
