Khayaban e Manzoor Housing Scheme is a project of Manzoor Enterprises and was started in 2014 on land of 2 murrabba with a total of 440 plots. Khayaban e Manzoor has been developed in accordance with the by laws of FDA. It is located adjacent to the famous Al Shifa International Hospital on the Main Jaranwala Road Faisalabad and is an easy access from the main city of Faisalabad. The total number of parks are 6 while the green belts are also maintained. Four out of 6 parks are in completion stage. Memona Anwar Nazir Hospital near the main entrance is also in operative condition with the availability of the medical officer in day time. The bases of the mosque on 1 ½ kanal has been constructed. Complete electricity provision would be there in next 1 – 2 months as the transformers have already been installed by WAPDA. There is well built boundary wall while 4 security guards are available for 24 hr. The quality of underground drinking water on the rear side of the housing society is excellent as it is just adjacent to the fertile agricultural land of Chak 209 RB. The sewerage disposal works is maintained alongside the main entrance.

The other salient feature of Khayaban e Manzoor includes 2 public buildings (0.33 & 1.6 kanal), graveyard (6.1 K), solid waste area (10 marla), sui gas , street lights, telephone, jogging tracks, 24 hr medical facility, drinking water treatment plant, 7 % land reserved for the parks and land scapping.
