Development of any society is very important for the residents. So keeping this in view the management of this society has successfully completed the majority of basic projects in MOCHS. these developments includes Construction of 100’,80’, 50’,40’,30’ wide roads completed in 1994, Sewerage system in 1994, Water supply line and construction of overhead water tank in 1995, Suigas supply in 2011, Development of main park first phase 2012, Construction of Jamia Masjid first phase completed in 2012, Construction of main entry gates first phase without finishing in 2012, Plantation at road edges and medians in 2011, Installation of Nursery in 2012, Construction of parking shedin 2013, Demarcation and numbering of plots in 2013 and Opening of Post office in 2013.

Water Supply: This is the essential and basic requirement of the society which has been developed in the 1995 of this society.

Electricity: This is the essential and basic requirement of the society which has been developed in the starting era of this society.

Sewerage System: This is the essential and basic requirement of the society which has been developed in the 1994 of this society.

Sui Gas: During the past few years.,,the management of this society had also been successful to provide the Sui Gas facility to the residents of this society in 2011.

Demarcation of Plots: Demarcation of the Plots has been completed in 2013

Plants Nursery: The society has established its own plants nursery to make the green belt in the soceity 2012

Security of MOCHS: In every society the security system is the basic need and requirement of the residents , so a well equipped and trained security gaurds are the part of this system.

Parking Shed: Parking Shed is also constructed to facilitate the staff of MOCHS office and people to visit the society park.

Society Park: A playground, playpark, or play area is a place with a specific design for paly. Usually a playground is designed for children, but some playgrounds are being designed for other age groups. There is a general consensus that physical activity reduces the risk of psychological problems in children and fosters their self-esteem. For many children, it is their favorite time of day when they get to be on the playground for free time or recess. It acts as a release for them from the pressures of learning during the day. They know that time on the playground is their own time. keeping all this in view MOCHS has established a beautiful park for the cognative and physical development of childern and all age members.

Bio Metric System: Biometrics refers to the identification of humans by their characteristics or traits. Biometrics is used in computer science as a form of identification and access control. It is also used to identify individuals in groups that are under surveillance.More traditional means of access control include token-based identification systems, such as a driver's license or passport, and knowledge-based identification systems, such as a password or personal identification number. keeping all this in-view MOCHS has a plan to transfer the plots using biometrics system. this will be a revolutionary step for the development of the society.

Solar System: In 2011, the International Energy Agency said that "the development of affordable, inexhaustible and clean solar energy technologies will have huge longer-term benefits. It will increase countries’ energy security through reliance on an indigenous, inexhaustible and mostly import-independent resource, enhance sustainability, reduce pollution, lower the costs of mitigating climate change, and keep fossil fuel prices lower than otherwise. These advantages are global. Hence the additional costs of the incentives for early deployment should be considered learning investments; they must be wisely spent and need to be widely shared. MOCHS has a desire to install the solar pannels at every where to get the advantage from solar-enery. Intially MOCHS has experienced to install the solar system in the office.
