Makkah Heights has been launched after approval from CDA and obtaining an NOC for construction on the project. Actually, there are certain projects underway in Sector H- 13 that have not obtained NOC from the authorities and are still going on. These projects have affected the reputation of other legal projects in this area. However, Makkah Heights has no legal issue or any other problem. The residents of Sector H- 13 have to face problem regarding water supply and there are no satisfactory arrangements by CDA for cleanliness, creating difficulties for the residents. The roads and streets are also not in very good condition in this sector.
