Model City Faisalabad Sammundri By Pass Road Sammundri. Model City is developed on 32 acres of land with 370 plots. It is the joint venture of Samad Estate and Mian Haneef of Meesaq ul Mall. Model City is located in front of the Arch Valley. There are agriculture field of 465 G.B on its both sides. Model City was launched in March 2017. Most of the corner plots are of 16 marla. Moreover plots of size, 5, 7, 10 and 11 marla are also available.

The map of Model City is finalized and in printing stage. Moreover, the development works approval has been sent to FDA. The NOC has been obtained while the PP Letter (Preliminary Permission) is just awaiting. The main reason to develop yet another housing scheme in Sammundri is that most (50 %) residents / families of Sammundri are from abroad who use to visit Pakistan quite often and require to have good standard of living as compared to what they already have in the conventional town of Sammundri. Boundary wall, toe wall and the sewerage work is going on at good pace. Booking of the plots is underway as the booking office is working in the office hours.

At the launch of the Model City the investor's per marla rate was Rs 300,000 – 325,000 lac; Currently it has increased upto Rs 350,000 per marla. The commercial shops available here are of Rs 225,000 per marla as compared to previous rates of 175,000 in March 2017.

The Installment plan is as follows: 32 % in advance followed by 28 % at 7th month and the remaining 40 % after further 9 months (a total of 16 month plan).
