It is closed to Margalla Hills, a beautiful valley of Islamabad surrounding F-11 and other housing societies. Total area of the scheme is approximately 1325 Kanals of land with 1254 members. The development work of the scheme including civil work, external electrification work and provision of Sui Gas is almost complete except in small area. More than 70% of the members have taken possession of their plots and constructed houses while construction of other houses are in progress. Carpeted metal roads including dual carriageway are also available in the housing scheme for the smooth movement of the inhabitants.

Approximately 200/ 250 families are living in their houses peacefully. Green belt has been maintained in the housing scheme. Approximately 74 Kanals of land has been approved for commercial purposes and construction of school building. All the basic necessities i.e. electricity, Sui Gas, water and sewerage facilities are also available in the area. The Site Engineer alongwith required staff has also been deputed in the scheme for the guidance and provision of facilities to the inhabitants of the area.

14 security personnel are also deployed round the clock for the protection of residents of the scheme and to avoid any untoward incident. However, some disputes have been raised with the CDA authorities which are still under consideration with them. It is hoped that the said disputes will be resolved amicably very soon.
