The file for the issuance of the electricity has been submitted in LESCO. The boundary wall would be there as soon as the process would be completed in LDA. The sewerage line would be of double sided. The poller and the compaction work would be completed in 1 – 2 weeks.

Booking of the residential plot starts with 10 %, Take Possession & start construction on 30 % Down Payment, Remaining amount would be payable in easy & equal installments of 18 months. There would be 20 % overall discount in case of cash payment. While on starting and completing the house immediately, there would be 25 % discount on overall price.

The per marla rate of the residential plots ranges 150,000 – 300,000. The bigger plots at 55 ft road and corner plots are Rs 300,000 per marla while the plots in the middle of the housing scheme are Rs 200,000 and 250,000 per marla. The residential plots on the rear side of the housing scheme are as low as Rs 150,000 per marla. The price of the shops at 60 ft wide main by pass road is Rs 400,00 per marla.
