Niazi Arcade has shops of different sizes in the basement and ground floor. The 1st to 3rd foors have 2 bedroom apartments available on them. All the shops and apartments are available on rent. The rents are as following:

There is no legal issue regarding Niazi Arcade, although there are a few projects being made around it that have not obtained NOC from CDA. Sector H- 13 also has problem in water supply. The roads and streets are not in very good condition in this sector. This sector is also facing problems related to sanitation as CDA has not provided much assistance in this regard and the residents have to face difficulties due to this.

The property rates are very high in all the sectors of Islamabad and Sector H- 13 is no exception. Buying a plot or property in this sector is really hard and then further construction can make it very expensive.
