Booking for residential and commercial plots is now open. You can easily get the application forms through the site or from the head office of Noman Builders and Developers. Discount on cash payments is also offered in this project.

The payment plan of Noman Dream Villas is in a way that the booking for the residential areas ranges from Rs. 9000 to Rs 35000 (from silver to diamond). Discount is offered on the booking of residential plots. Booking for commercial plots is Rs.20,000 for 200sq. yard whereas; it is Rs 10,000 for 100sq. yard. On immediate booking discount of twenty five percent is also offered. Company loan amount is payable within 30 equal installments (after possession).
