Since this project is still under development so the property rates are quite reasonable currently. Its completion is still going to take some time, so the property rates are not witnessing much increase as such. This makes it a good opportunity for investment as the rates are likely to soar once the development work is completed. Some extra land has been spared for extension to this housing society in future. There are residential and commercial plots of different sizes available for sale. Per marla price of residential plots is ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 lac. This means a 5 marla residential plot is available for 10 to 18 lac and 10 marla plot for 20 to 35 lac. OPF Valley Builders have started the booking of plots with 30% down payment and many plots have already been allotted. Moreover, the builders have also offered an easy monthly installment plan for the convenience of their clients and customers.

There is no issue regarding OPF Valley that is worth mentioning. The only problem is the lack of public transport. Public transport is not readily available on Japan Road due to which people have to face problem sometimes.
