The booking of the plots has started from 10% down payment. The biggest issue in Parliamentarians Enclave is the slow development work on this project. Due to delay in development work and in-completion of work, CDA has suspended the license of Ayaz Builers (Pvt.). Another issue is the unavailability of frequent public transport on Japan Road, due to which people have to face difficulty in commuting.

Project Builder Review:

Ayaz Builders (Pvt.) have to say that they are facing difficulty because of slow development work. As soon as their license issue is resolved by CDA, they will speed up thedevelopment work and try to finish the project as soon as possible. They have also assured that there is no fraud involved or the suspicion that this housing society is illegal has no grounds at all.

The people residing near Parliamentarians Enclave have shown a positive response. They say that new housing societies are very good for them. These housing societies not only bring more facilities for the residents of the area but also cause an increase in the property rates in that area.
