1. CDA has already banned many such projects in E-11 due to NOC clearance conflicts. The developers of Prime Heights are also facing the legal challenges with CDA which once cleared makes the project a safe investment.

2. Another issue is of the roads which aren’t wide enough like the other sectors in Islamabad. Furthermore, the street lights are not properly installed throughout the sector which makes the place a little less developed than other sectors. 

3. A major issue might be of the commute for those who don’t have a private transport facility. 

Sector E-11 has high property rates as compared to the facilities provided to the residents. The sector also has very fewer plots available for sale which makes Prime Heights a better place to invest.
