The total price of single story house is 4,100,000 PKR with an advance payment of 300,000 PKR and the balance amount to be paid in twenty four months, for double storey house of 1780 sq. ft covered area total price is 5,400,000 PKR with an advance of 300,000 PKR and the balance amount to be paid in twenty four months as well and for double storey house of 1650 sq. ft covered area total price is 4,975,000 PKR with an advance of 300,000 PKR.

For buying property is Qutbal Town the terms and conditions are applied. Possession will be given with 75% payment and a 10% discount is given on paying full amount. In the above mentioned payment plan charges for electricity and gas connections are not included.

For buying plots in Qutbal Town payment plan varies depending upon the size of the plot. For a plot of 5 Marla payment amount is 1,750,000 PKR with an installment amount of 2,000,000 PKR and an advance of 500,000 PKR, for 7 Marla plots cash price is 2,450,000 PKR with an installment amount of 2,800,000 PKR and an advance of 700,000 PKR and for 10 Marla plots total amount payable is 3,500,000 PKR with an installment amount of 4,000,000 PKR and an advance of 100,000 PKR.

Terms and conditions for the payment of plots differ. The possession of plots will be granted at the payment of 50% amount. In case of corner plot 10% extra charges will be charged of the whole amount.
