According to our survey team representative Rehman City Phase 6 is ongoing residential project by RCD Group on the main shahdara road of Lahore. Rehman City Phase 6 developers have promised so many features and facilities, but here is the detail of the facilities which are actually available.

Society main entrance gate and boundary wall work is complete. Society main road is 50 feet wide and inner roads are 30 to 40 feet wide. All roads are fully carpeted and main road has beautiful green belts. Each street has a proper lighting system for residents ease.

Nonstop Electricity is available but electric lines are not underground. Sewerage pipes installation work is also complete. Society have its own commercial Zone, community center, play grounds, Parks, Kids play area and Jamia Masjid.

Currently 150 families are living here. Security guard check post and CCTV monitoring facility is available on entrance gate. Plot Price per Marla is 350000 to 550000 and Commercial Shop Price is 5 to 6 lac. Overall society development work is 70 percent complete. Property rates are very high in Rehman City Phase 6 because society is located on the main GT Road and only 2 km away from kaka shah kaku interchange.
