Since last 4 years property rates are rising in the housing society and according to our recent research, the residential plots cost 5 to 7 lac per marla whereas the commercial land amounts 18 to 35 lac/ marla according to the location.
Currently, all the 5 marla plots are sold out and the society just has 7 to 10 marla and 1 Kanal plots. This shows the rapid development and purchases in the housing scheme.
