The apartments are available on installments as well as cash payments. Booking for the apartments is still going on and can be booked on the basis of first come first get. For the Payment of 2 Room Apartment

1st to 3rd floor: 1,700,000 PKR

4th to 6th floor: 1,600,000 PKR

9th and 10th floor: 1,400,000 PKR

For 4 room’s road facing apartment’s charges will be 100, 000 PKR and charges for corner apartment will be 75,000 PKR. For 2 room’s west open apartment’s charges will be 50, 000 PKR. For 3 rooms road facing apartments charges will be 75, 000 PKR and charges for corner apartment will be 50,000 PKR.

For making payments there is a 10% discount available for those buyers who make full cash payments. And all the extra charges incurred for buying plots must be paid within 120 days from the date of booking. The allocation of units shall remain a provisional unit until the company receives full payment.
