Safia Homes Main Sheikhupura Faisalabad Road Ada Johal. Safia Homes is built on 4 acres of land described as phase I while another 2 acres of land has been developed as Phase II. Safia Homes comes within the area of Tehsil Jaranwala and District Faisalabad. Safia Homes has been developed by AMC Pakistan (Ansaar Management Company) which is a non profit organization. Safia Homes comprises of 3 ½ Marla category of plots only. Safia Homes has been designed to provide easy access to the poor and middle class for a standard living and this has been the commitment of AMC for the social welfare sector. AMC has also built Safia Homes project in Shahkot, Kala Shah Kaku, Peshawar, Multan and Lahore.

Safia Homes Adda Johal project was started in year 2015 (2 ½ years back). There were 126 plots in Phase I initially and till now only 6 plots are left for construction. 4 blocks (A, B, C & D) of the phase I of Safia Homes are now completed out of the total 6 blocks), There are G & H blocks in Phase II of the Safia Homes.

There is a community development department in the Safia Homes which looks after the society matter and safeguards the rights of the society members. It is compulsory for each owner of the house to be the resident here and are not allowed to give the house on rent.

There is underground electricity and sewerage (Disposal system). Safia Homes is approved society by FDA (Faisalabad Development Authority). There is a main transformer from which the electricity is being supplied to the houses by installing the sub meters. The base work in the society would be completed within next 1 –2 months by WAPDA. Solid waste management system is available for the disposal of the waste. 30 feet wide roads are there in the society. Parks and commercial area is also being maintained.
