According to our Right Property survey team member Shadman Enclave Housing Scheme total covering area is 300 acres. The society has 6 blocks in it while boundary wall and main gate work is yet not complete. As per scheme map and planning main entrance road will be 150 feet wide and has green belts. On the other hand inner streets size will be 30 to 40 feet wide. Both main entrance road and inner street are not fully carpeted. Electricity and sewerage work is complete but Sui Gas connection is not available. Security check post and CCTV monitoring facility is available at main entrance only. Schools, Parks, Mosque is also under construction in short only 20 percent development work is complete here.
