There are a number of projects in Sector H- 13/4 that have not been able to obtain NOC from CDA and Shaheen Residencia is also one of them. The development and construction work on these projects is being held due to this. Shaheen Developers say that as soon they get the NOC, they will resume construction on the project. Sector H- 13 also has problem with water supply and the roads and streets are also not in a very good condition. Moreover, this sector does not have any proper arrangements for cleaning etc by CDA, which are causing hygiene related issues for people in this sector.
