Shangrila Comforts was launched after obtaining a proper NOC from CDA. There are a few housing projects being made around Shangrila Comforts that do not have the NOC from CDA but still their work is in progress. These illegal projects have affected the reputation of Shangrila Comforts, although it does not have any legal issues regarding CDA verification or anything. Sector H-13 of Islamabad also faces problems in water supply. The roads and streets are not in a very good condition in this sector and CDA is negligent in providing cleaning and proper garbage disposal services in this sector.
