Initially the sale of the plots was 2 year installment on 6 month basis with 25 % advance. The per marla rate in year 2015 at launch was Rs 400,000. Currently the rate of 1 kanal plot is Rs 500,000 per marla while the rate of other category of plots ranges Rs 525,000 – 575,000. Apart from this the newly procurred 7 ½ acre land plots are of rate 550,000 – 625,000. The commercial shops on the main boulevard are of 30 x 55 and 20 x 51 and rate is Rs 600,000 per marla.
There is no fee for the plot transfer. The seller has to bring the previous receipts only and then the agreement is signed.
