The property rates are very high in Soan Garden. The main reason for these high prices is the prime location of Soan Garden and all the amenities present in it. Other than this, it is resided by mostly educated and modern families that is why everyone prefers to live here. There has been a huge increase in property rates in soan Garden during the last four years. Right now the price for residential plots is 5 to 8 lacs per marla, whereas commercial plots’ price ranges from 15 to 30 lacs. There are 5, 8, 10, 15 marla and 1, 2, and 3 kanal residential and commercial plots available in Soan Garden.

Soan Garden faces the issue of water shortage. This issue is faced by almost all the housing societies. The reason is that CDA hands over the housing schemes to private firms after completion and they supply water through tankers instead of regular water supply.
