There is no issue at this point of time in this project. But there are some issues of water supply in Jinnah Garden. There is shortage of water supply in Jinnah Garden. Second issue in Jinnah Garden is the availability of public transport. Jinnah Garden is 2 to 3 km away from Islamabad Expressway and there is no public transport available here. This is the reason that people here, use their own transport or taxi, which costs them high.

As there are all sort of facilities available here and the location of this project is demanding, this project is very successful in grabbing attention of its clients towards it. Property rates in Jinnah Garden are very high. The cost of five Marla residential plot is between 28 to 35 lac and cost of five Marla commercial plot is between 40 to 60 lac. If we look at the cost per Marla plot, it is between 5.5 to 7 lac for residential plot and 10 to 15 lac for per Marla commercial plot.
