There is no issue in The Jinnah emporium; buy Jinnah garden is facing some issues. There is the issue of water supply over here; water is available but not according to the required quantity. Second big issue is the issue of public transport, Islamabad express is 2, 3 km away from Jinnah gardens. Moreover, the residential has to take taxi or use their own conveyance which is quite expensive.

It is a very attractive project because of its surroundings and location. The property rates are very high here. Only 5 Marla plot is for Rs 28 to 30 lacs whereas the commercial plot is for Rs 40 to 60 lacs. While in Jinnah Gardens per Marla residential plot is worth Rs 5.5 or 6 lacs, and commercial plot per Marla is for Rs 10 to 15 lacs.
