Work is still in progress in Ghori Town Phase 7 and 8 and will keep going on for 1 year, due to which the property rates here are quite reasonable. Plots here are quite affordable, whereas the rates in all the blocks in Phases 4, 5 and 6 are quite high. Currently, the plots in Ghori town are not affordable for a common man. The rates of plots in all blocks of Phase 4, 5 and 6 of Ghori town are very expensive as these phases have been developed earlier and have all the facilities in them. However, Phase 7 and 8 are still under development, so their property rates are lesser as compared to the older phases. Despite some issues in Ghori Town, people are running their businesses here, thousands of families are residing here and many people have invested their money here and many more residential and commercial projects are underway. Z.A Plaza has also offered its customers business facilities at a reasonable price.

Z.A Plaza has no issues worth mentioning here. But, Ghori Town Managment has been facing some legal issues from CDA, about all of the phases of Ghori Town, including phases 5 to 8 & Ghauri Garden. Ghori Town is facing these legal issues because Ali Akber and Company made these phases without the approval of CDA.

The owner of this project is of the view that they try to facilitate their customers and provide them everything at an affordable price. This is why the rents for shops in Z.A Plaza are quite reasonable as compared to its surrounding properties.

Shop Keepers Review:

The shop keepers in Z.A Plaza say that they have acquired shops at reasonable rents and they are doing good business. The rents for the shops are also less as compared to the rents in the neighboring buildings.
