Abdullah City was launched in 2014 on an area of 25 acres with 145 plots of various sizes (10 marla, 1 kanal and 26 kanals) were available. Partitioning of the plots done later on by the reseidents has increased the number of total plots upto 250. The phase I has got 105 residents while the newly procured Phase II (Rehman Block) has 20 residents. Phase I of Abdullah City is more favorable for long term residential purpose while Phase II or Rehman Block is suited for the investment purpose as well.

Some two years back after the complete sale of the Abdullah City in the first phase, its maintenance and future development was handed over to the Abdullah City Society whose dismal performance is causing certain apprehensions for the residents living here.
